Where did my gun crew go?

I'm running 1.5-TMO-RSRD-OM (current versions) and I noticed I don't see my crew around the guns when it is manned. I've seen screenshots with the crew at the gun, so I would like to know how to enable them in my install.

....then you have to go to your crew management screen and physically move crew members into the gun posns. Once you do that you will see them on the deck. The pre-mod version only had two posns for gunners whereas TMO has simulated the gun crew including the guys passing the ammo. While they don't actually pass the ammo it does add a certain authenticity to manning gun stations.

And I'm sure you know you have to hit battlestations or deckgun action icon to make them show up and start shooting.
