Rig question once again!

Hello all, I posted last month because I am in search of a rig that can run GWX and all and I"M STILL LOOKING! I'm trying to keep prices low so all help would be much abliged, I am yet again considering two different rigs and any input would be appreciated!

If you are at all inclined, building your own rig by just ordering the parts off the internet (from sites such as newegg.com) will save you a good chunk of money. There are tons of tutorials on how to do so all over the web, I was able to build my first computer with no problems and no prior experience.

However, both of those computers shouldn't have issues running GWX with the exception of their graphics cards. That would need to be upgraded in either one as they both use integrated cards, which are terrible 99% of the time.
