I wasn't sure about this game after seeing videos of it on YouTube but I decided to bite the bullet and get it. And man it is good. Basically you play as British spy Violette Summers (inspired by Violette Szabo) through various missions beyond the backing of the government. The whole story is played through flashbacks as she is dying in hospital. It's got to be one of the most intense games I've ever played, loads of stealth action and awesome dagger kills - hiding in the shadows from a German guard and then creeping out to slit his throat as he admires the view over the Seine really gets the adrenaline pumping. And the SS uniform... phwoarrrrr. Needless to say the main character is quite fit, she has a gorgeous ass too... ahem. The game is built on the same engine (as far as I can tell) as Wanted: Weapons of Fate so the graphics are decent, and the lighting effects can be stunning. The only downside is that it can be frustrating having to do the same part a number of times as it's so easy to be killed, but that does add to the sense of danger and urgency to complete each mission. I'm only on the third mission, but so far the story is shaping up well, with some fantastic maps and some well acted, even amusing dialogue (I was listening to one guy accusing another of stealing his chocolate and that he was going to report him after his shift). So, I'd certainly recommend it if you have a few quid flying around.

Do I spot a U-Boat???

See, told you she had a nice ass.

Hmm... cant really think anything about this yet. Have played 2 missions now and it's kinda 'meh'. I mean, it's good but bad. It does remind abit of Hitman, which is always good, but then there's some silly things that make the game unnecessarely hard. Why cant I pick up weapons from the Germans? Sure would beat using the dagger in-case someone notices me. Ow yeh, about being noticed. I shot a guy with a silenced pistol and somehow another guard heard that from 5000km away. Another thing I dont like is the morphine, how the heck does it make me invisible?! I know it's all memories and stuff, but still.

The killing moves are great, so is the dialogue & lighting effects.

Will need to play it thru, maybe it gets better later on.

Yeah I've been wondering about the weapon thing, pretty daft you cant pick them up. But other than that I'm liking it.
