PRO-SOUND REAL V2>> has made the changes here some of them:

Has changed sounds of diesel engines for more real, now at turn of wheels it is audible
As the hydraulics as has changed sounds of torpedoes, a sound of release of a torpedo etc. works
As more to optimise sounds for weak cards, but also about quality for powerful sound cards, the balance has turned out. Test silt on a sound to card Realtek HD (more powerful card) and on
Realtek 97 (a weak card) on that and another, problems with "disposable reproduction" have disappeared.

Yes. It's just sound, you know.

But I'm not sure about sh.sdl... It's from ROW Sound Effect v9.
