Game Crashes

I formatted my pc not long ago, but i kept my save files.
So after i format my pc i reinstall SH 4 and use my old save files, im currently in the Hiroshima Spy pictures mission, so after i finish mission.

I start leaving silently but the game CRASHES EVERY SINGLE MOMENT, i can't play for more than 5 mins, no matter what save or route i use, it always CRASHES.

Off Topic: I really like this mission, i have sunk like 120tonnes in a single day man and i'm not even done yet!!!
I feel i'm ending the war too soon!!

sometimes they work but more often they dont.


maybe someone knows a trick to save them but you probably better off starting a new career.

i do recall a post saying a way to rescue a saved mission but i cant remember the circumstances it was about
