Does anyone know where the file are for the crew thats in port?

Should be here.

C:\Users\owner\Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\Capt ainname/crew_career_lastpatrol

Im guessing you want to change them up. Get SH3 commander if you don't want to muck around for an hour trying to give someone a promotion.
