how to install cheats

i know cheating is a bit lame.
butt i have a big problem keaping up with convoy's without beeing detected
so i just want to go as fast under water as nomal.(killer sub cheat)
the big problem is how to install the damn thing .

i tryed a few times (with the data file ets. even with the MOD enabler )
i just c'ant make it work .
to my big shame i made a cheat work before i had to re-install my computer and lost everything (it was the deck gun cheat ,if i could make this one work i would be happy to) .
butt i d'ont remember how i dit it :rotfl:
can anyone explaine me how to do it plz?(you would make my day! i love the game)
