I must say, that while I'm not all to happy with his political achievements (ehem...) I've always had the feeling that he must be quite a good guy, you know what I mean? He seems to have a real personality, unlike many other politicians.

August 30 2005 San Francisco religiously/politically motivated Afghan runs over 19 pedestrians, killing one.
July 04 2002 An Egyptian gunman opens fire upon Israelis at the LA int. airport killing two and him self.
October 2002 Beltway sniper attacks motivated by an affinity for Islamic Jihad.

Consider it bashed.
Not cripplingly so, but 14 dead and 23+ injured isn't nothing.

Maybe, maybe not. 7 years of "War on Terror" and the terrorists are still alive. They just dont have to plan big attacks to get lot of westerns killed, as they can just leave their home, walk to the nearest US checkpoint 500m away and blow themselves up.

PS. Just to end my curiosity, wasnt the WTC bombing in '93? Or was there two?
