Disble fatigue?

Read a thread about fatuige and and someone gave the advise to disable fatigue. Question: How exactly do you do that i GWX?

Download and use SH3Commander.
It allows you to disable fatigue or modify it.

Without SH3Commander, there is a way to change a file so that your crew doesn't fatigue.
It is in the Community Manual, if that is still up and running.
