Problem with German MP map

I started working on a German multiplayer map but couldent get it to work. After that i tested to creat an American map and it workt just fine. Can someone plz give me some hints on what i might be doing wrong?

Like some of us...what you are doing wrong is keep trying to make a multiplayer mission with the germans...It´s imposible. You can do single missions only. I´ve spend a lot of time and effors before notice that...

PD: In other post it is said that is possible if you rename the archives of the germans subs and put it in the american subs directory...

Where is the german and American Submarine directory? it would be a lot of help i you could tell me or link me to the site they talkt about it.
