the Blackmuzzle's Realism Sound mod installation problem

i downloaded the 147mb sound mod from subguru,s website . When i try to overwrite the new sfx.agg files with the new ones my computer says cannot overwrite sfx because another program allready uses it , find out which program uses it and try again. but i have nothing running on in the background at all not do i know what uses sfx that i,m aware of. Could someone help me out with this ? Ii really would love those new sounds from the mod. Also it says insted of dangerous waters\audio\sfx\sfx.agg my path looks like this\dangerous waters\audio\aggie\sfx.agg there is no map calles sfx mine is called aggie thats kind of weird as well.
