Restarting the game in SH3 Commander...?

Should there be a problem restarting the game in SH3 Commander after having closed it down (originally started in Commander). It wouldn't start up where the game had ended the day before. Had to go back to the start of the mission to get it going again.

What exactly does the rollback function do?

You shouldn't have a problem restarting SH3 whether you have rolled back SH3 Commander or not. The only problem that could arise is if you made changes to SH3 i.e. applying/removing mods without first rolling back SH3 Commander. The rollback option removes all changes made to SH3 by Commander. Version 3 onwards has an option to automatically rollback SH3 Commander every time you exit the game.

Perhaps your problem was a corrupted save game which is not uncommon.

Thank you! I might have had some finger trouble. I am on it, had to start the latest mission from the start again.
