why dont my officers get experence points ???????????????????

Maybe because they have reached their limits? You have to promote them in port.

these are my starting officers, ens, lt jg and lt.
they never recieve any exp when the crew does

They might be the highest rank possible and thus there's no reason for them to gain EXP?

hmm never thought about this, thats why my XO aint getting Exp. why didn't i think of that
