[help] a question about edit H2O2's data in game

hi all. i has saw a post here about edit
in Ranges\HydroPeroxidPropulsion\miles
@ data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat18\NSS_Uboat18.sim

anyone know more information of it?
i really no idea, so i post here and waiting you help.
