Animation help/tutorial needed

I need help with making a new animation for the doors of the Class T boat, which are really balao doors at first, but then I had to modify them in 3ds to make them fit the Class T, and that screwed the animation apparently.... here's how it looks in
3ds :

thanks, Peabody also helped and solved the problem, I'm just waiting for his revised .dat !
