Default [???] Will this mod list work? (Ducimus, inside please)

Thanks for the TMO upgrade Ducimus. I have a question though. Is this mod list OK?

REL_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_152
RSRDC_TMOv15_V371
RSRDC_V371_Patch8
#1 PE3 Install
#2d PE3 Special Effects For TMO
#3b PE3 submarine bubbles and caustics and roll pitch for TM
#4 PE3 Ship_debris_SH4_with bodies
#5 PE3 real reflections for harbour and objects
#6 PE3 patch for TM
PE3 Install less floater

I'm a PE guy so is this PE setup bad for TMO 152? Also is my RSRD setup ruining anything?

Thanks. I just want to make sure because I really, really, really want to use TMO 152. Those new red, green and yellow switches in the conning tower are just TOO COOL! Ordering battle stations is much more immersive now.

I guess they should have made SH4 an open boat where we run around inside and shoot each other a 1000 times. They seem to handle those games with numerous patches. --Longam UBI SHIV Forums

A sad day has dawned...

Well I just checked and it looks like the current version on RSRD will overwrite all the hard work you did 'up-armoring' the aircraft. The file "ALBS_H8K.cfg" is a good example.

The RSRD version of the file does not contain this:

[Loadout 1]
Name=16x250Kg Bombs
Type=2

[Loadout 2]
Name=8xDepth Charge
Type=5

Oh, this is from RSRD version 371 which I believe is the most recent. So my plan is to simply delete the DATA/AIR folder from RSRD before installing it over TMO 152.

Can you fill us in on other conflicts we may face not only in RSRD but in PE as well? I am concerned that most people will not experience some of your hard work if they load the aforementioned mods after yours.

This may be asking a lot, but could you, Kriller and Lurker possibly bet together and merge these three great mods into one? It would make life so much simpler for us mere mortals.

The GWX team could give two squits of 'you know what' about us in the Pacific but the three of you working as one would set the stage for SHIV to rival the SHIII world.

Thanks in advance.

Only if its lurkers updated version for this version of TMO. I do not keep track of what his mod is doing, i only coordinate releases so hes not put into "crunch time" by an unexpected update to TM.

Again, i dont keep track of what other modders are doing. If its just graphics, it should be ok. Be advised that changes in the scene.dat can effect AI's visual sensors. It may super, it may be blind. No telling without testing.

This makes me leary. I have a ton of changes in the sim file. Unless this used the latest TM sub sim files as a base, probably not. It wont hurt to use it, but intended sub performance in TM may be forfeit for enchanced eye candy. Sub dat files should be ok. All you miss is the exhaust plumes near the water line if their not in the PE version.

I dont think this will overwrite or harm anything.

Smells like a scene.dat. answered above.

#6 PE3 patch for TM
No clue what that does.

PE3 Install less floater
Wont hurt anything.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. As I mentioned earlier, Lurkers latest over writes the ordinance additions you made to the Jap planes. So I removed the conflicts in the DATA/AIR folder to compensate. Also, thanks for the heads up reguarding PE. I am going to look into the SUB .sim files right away.
