Default Oil-Rich States Starve the World Food Program

Will not happen too often that I quote Fox News, so mark this day in your calender.

http://www.foxnews.com/printer_frien...354677,00.html

It is worth to examine the two links to the World Food Program lists for 2001-2007, and 2008, carefully.

The shyness of rhich Muslim and oil states to donor, is remarklable. in 2008, Saudi Arbaia even does not appear on the list anymore. In the last year, their investements in spreading Saudi-Islamic projects in europe - have reached a new high, though. Letting down their muslim brothers and sisters suffering in misery obviously is not as important then islamizing the world. Well, that is really hot news, isn't it.

The EU commission could do better, compared to the US, considering the economic power of the block, and the economic situation in europe being stronger and for the forseeable future being more stable, than in the US. However, single spendings of single individual states are not included, and are listed separately by nation. they should list all the EU alltogether, maybe, commision and nations.

Despite all discussion and fighting and critcism, the US nevertheless is the greatest donor to the WFP. On the other hand, the US is massively living on tick, so it is not American-financed money alone that they spend into such programs.

Hm, a small correction, i just took out a calculator and added together the contributions of the EU commission and the EU memberstates. The result is leading the list and is surpassing contributions of the US clearly.

Now one could wonder about the ranking of European nations alone, if their contributions are compared to each other.
