where is torpedo description in ver 1.5?

I know that the german torpedo text is in "localization" because I changed it for my IJN torpedoes, but does anybody know where the text describing the various american torpedoes is ? that is for SH4 ver 1.5.

Same file, different folder (UPCData).

I need the file with the description that appear when you are at the torpedo loadout screen.
