[REL] U-Boat Dark Skins

Hello to all...

These are dark skins for the U-Boats on SH4 1.5

The type 9 is the dark skin the devs never finished. So I did it.
The type 18 is ported and adapted from a type 21 dark skin there was for SH3 a few years ago.
Sorry, can't remember the creator of the original.

That would be "Modernskin", by Type941, I think.
