I agree; O'Reilly is technically guilty of nothing more than a poor choice of words. That said, given the context and the object of the statement, it was a very poor choice indeed.

Oh, and think the title of this thread was also a poor choice of words. O'Reilly obviously used the term "lynching party" in a political context. He may be guilty of stupidity and/or intentionally stirring the pot, but he did NOT advocate literally lynching anyone.
