empty bases

Does anyone else find upon sneaking into bases such as gibraltar that there is never anything there?other than whatever is gurading the entrance.

Actually, I have ALWAYS had something there when I snuck into a base. Been in all of them in England, USA, South America, and even in Gibraltar. Have gotten close enough to Alexandria and Tobruk...but have never actually gotten inside.

That's when I decided that port raids wouldn't be a priority in my campaign

how much looking did you have to do?i made several periscope sweeps and got nothing.

Did not take much for me at least not initially. Since my first foray, I have explored them LOTS :p

I'm presuming your playing GWX .....some of the harbours do not have as much traffic/vessels scripted into them as others (but just a few)
