A gambler who lost money - only that it is not his own money...
4.9 billion euros, 7 billion dollars - not bad for a single man. Obviously the system has some security holes.
Some years ago we had a comparable case, I think it was a British broker, wasn't it? But it was not about as much money. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/7206270.stm Have i ever mentioned that psychologically the human brain needs to trick and cheat in order to raise the illusion it could visually imagine numbers greater than some mid-20? Because in reality, it can't. ![]()

Saw it on the news today. Not bad, 4.9 billion euros...some holes I may say...eheheh.
By the way, the comparable case, the british broker, was the person that Ewan MacGregor portrait in a film about it? About a stock broker in the south asia stock markets? |
