There is a limit to the number of flotillas the game allows so the link posted above is a workaround
Replaces the 11th with the 3rd

My problem was I somehow had two mod enablers downloaded. so I had the alternative flotillas mod on the wrong enabler. Everything is good know. Furthermore I havent watched DAS BOOT lately i just wanted to try a new Harbor, im sick of Brest and Lorient. I hope DAS BOOT comes out on HDDVD though
