DD animation and DC problem

I have just reinstalled and patched and I have two problems with DDs.

First, the drop DC animation is constantly repeating (DCs rolling off the racks) The only mods I use are TM and parts of ROW.

Second, even when DDs pass over me while I'm doing flank speed at 80 ft. They don't drop DCs.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm running TM, ROW, skin mods, and warships retextured. All current.

I had the same problem also. I'm pretty sure it's in ROW as I'm not running TM. I was gonna wait on installing 1.4 (until Leo gets back) but after that, I went ahead and reinstalled and patched. I went back to an earlier version of ROW (there is some disscusion on this in the ROW thread) and I'm waiting to see if this fixes the problem, I'm only half way to Midway right now. I'm gonna play later on tonight so I'll see.
