For a Ise BB to sink? She took 4 torps in the starboard side, and is stationary. The deck on the torpedoed side is almost level with the water, I have been submerged for almost 12 hours and no change in list. Oh, BTW I have no torps left

Probably ain't gonna happen. You could always use your deck gun.

How bad do you want the tonnage? That is the real question. You could wait for another 10-12 hours and wait for her to go under or you could wait that long and have her just sit there and not move another inch. It all depends on your patience level.

On the weekend, I put three evenly spaced torpedoes into a modern European composite freighter - fish were spaced bow, under the foremast, and under the mid superstructure. She settled to the point the bow was completely submerged - water literally lapping at upper superstructure deck.
She then eventually steamed off at 7 knots, and never sank. I was out of everything but 20mm, and there were two Akizuki's watching over her. Only 4 fish into a BB? I'd expect by now, she's just not going to go down. Sometimes (using NSM classic 3.3), it just frustrates the bejeezus outa' me that some ships just will not sink, even when half submerged from flooding! Another modern European composite I'd hit earlier, with only one fish under the foremast, sank in about 15-20 minutes, no problem. The vagaries of war ![]()

Well, I waited another 12 hours with no change in position, so I checked out. Didn't get credit for that kill, but they sure were happy about that Yamato and Maya that I sank. Poor Maya took the salvo that was meant for Yamato 2 in the task force. Blew it apart with quickness!
