I DL your three SH4 ships for SH3 the Merchants went in OK, little snag with your HMS_DOVER it's only a little snag.

What is the line I put in on the English Names Cfg?

Not knowing it, I would guess:

englishnames
CLDover=Dover Light Cruiser

germannames
CLDover=Leichter Kreuzer Dover
