Has any plated Art of War?

I was thinking about buying a new game that I saw on atari.com "Art of War".

Has anyone played it and can say if its any good?

"Act of War"

Yep. I've got it and I love it. Although, that may be a little biased since I love RTS, Strategy, and Sims, but don't let that stop you. A good game.
