I can laugh at the old joke: 'what do you tell a woman with two black eyes? ...nothing, you already told her twice.'

But I'd be branding that guys scruttocks with his damn iron and see how he likes standing under a cold shower to sort the burnt flesh.

Seems to me like that:
US - Too many people put into jail
EU - Not enough people put into jail
Geographically, Iceland should have the right penal policy then.

Ok, with the US they make special exceptions for famous stupid blondes, but who wouldn't?
