Default SH4 Performance

Does anyone in here understand the manage 3D settings page in the nvidia control panel. There's a shed load of options there and I'm only familiar with filtering, anti-aliasing and the v-sync. Even just a few options explained/pointers would be helpful. I did search the help file but it just sends you round in circles chasing your tail. No detail there.

Thanks in advance!

Sad when you have to reply to your own threads, yeh I know.

Does anyone know will 45fps sync with my 60Hz monitor? If I can limit the fps maybe I can just get a happy medium. Also, can I force it to run in custom resolutions, I've added some 8:5 ratios that work fine but don't appear in the graphics options page in game.

The custom resolutions appear in the list, at the end of it (just have to scroll way down).

The game asks the core of DirectX for the supported resolutions which asks the nVidia driver.

Maybe you're running on an ATi card?

Nah nVidia, I'll check again, perhaps I didn't scroll all the way down.

Nope they aren't there. I have about three custom 8:5 res's set up. They usually appear in other games. I was thinking maybe there's a cfg file with res in it or command line to start with a set resolution.
