Trade Subs For Battleships

I have an idea about a mod i think would be cool for SH4 and or SH3 but anyway i would do it myself but my modding skills are like a fish tryin to breathe outta water ( I cant mod) Anyway It would basically be a total conversion of the game but a neat project for sombody to work on. Ny idea is to instead of Subs (subs optional) but be able to have full control of say a fletcher class destroyer or a Iowa Class Battleship or anything in between. When i say full control i mean like you have with the subs in stick version. Be able to control depth charges, main turrets, AA guns (AI would be necesary all guns could shoot in the players direction) All that good stuff but just my thoughts tell me what you think and sorry if i mispelled anything i am tired.

Theres already one in SH3, the playable bismarck and hipper but Im not sure about SH4 yet.

please tell me you have a link to that mod!! I've been waiting for a naval ship game for a long time (and no, Ship Sim 2006 don't cut it).
