Default Issue commands in the control room?

In sh3 one of my favorite things was not to use the button bar on the bottom of the screen but to navigate through the virtual bridge whenever I had to go to a station. For me this really added to the atmosphere. Can you still do that or is there a mod to do it. The only ppl I seem to be able to access through the virtual bridge are the sonar and radar guys. I just want to make sour I am not missing something.

No real button interaction. All off the interface.

you can click on the helmsman and assume his position. you can also click on the control room hatch to take you to the conning tower and from there the hatch to the bridge. while in the coning tower click the raise periscope button then click on the edge of the scope and you'll be right in front of it, then click the lens and that'll be your view thru the scope. clicking the sonarman assumes his position as well

Accept one thing.....there are no periscope animations in the conning tower as of v1.3....so...there wouldn't be anyway, (at least not untill the much anticipated hotfix for the periscope animations from the devs arrives), to get the one view you describe.

All other views...AOK, though.

cheers!

I noticed it as well, no periscope animations. It took me a while and 5-6 cycles to figure it out.

I liked the point and click interface SH3 had as well. Buttons are cool, but the "virtual" interface made it more fun as well.

they should do hotfix or patch the importend things, DD KI, damage system, ect ect.
and not such minor normaly not importend periscop animation..!

i dont understand this whining about such absolutly unimportend things against much bigger bugs...!

after patch 1.3 ( a good patch ok) the story is not over !
the game has many not solved bugs

patch or hotfix these bugs...

then i will give you a big Thank YOU too...

maybe, ...

because why should i do that... ?

i paid my money that should be enough ...!

i will never understand this much to early "thank you devs and ubi" crap one day after 1.3 patch release...

i know that UBI are the fu....ing a... holes moneymaker bandits and not the DEVs, but that makes no difference what i say above...!

I agree, but the animations and other "eye candy" things really add to the realism factor of the simulation....

Im all for that!
