The Beta version of patch 1.3 is supposed to be password protected. Somebody dropped the ball and this early Beta version got leaked.

Well, it's not like the last 2 patches fixed everything, so we may as well have it in it's Beta form.

Until it's official (ie announced by Ubisoft) we have no way of knowing exactly what is being "offered" and it would be irresponsible to post links.
