New here, couple of questions...

Hello,

I am new here, however I've been playing SH3 on and off since it came out. Anyway I recently started again, and downloaded the 'Real Uboat' mod. As far as i understand this is a good mod? Is it reccomended, do a lot of people use it?

I noticed this other mod, 'GWX' what type of mod is it? What does it add? I tried looking for a FAQ or an 'About' page but found none. How is this mod compared to Real Uboat, or are they different type of mods?

Welcome Panzermeyer

GWX is a separate mod that is great but you need a clean SH3 installation upgraded to 1.4. You should also have the latest version of SH3 Commander (2.7 I think). That is a program separate from SH3 or GWX but is highly recommended.

Read some of the post regarding it and you will notice that everyone is raving about it.

The not so printer friendly version comes with the mod when its installed, in the documentation subfolder in the sh3 folder.
