Default Does the realism percentage affect gameplay in GWX?

If so how?

Thanks.

Um, of course...

Still for the most part in exactly the same way as described next to the tickbox.

As Boris said...the details to the right of the box explain the consequences/changes.

The higher your realism settings also equates to higher renown figures for sinkings

I guess I was not specific enough.

What I meant does it impact the course of the computer's generated campaign and the behavior/level of skill of enemy ships you encounter. I read somewhere for stock SH3 that the opposition gets tougher on higher levels.

So, is this true of GWX?

Thanks.

Never played 'stock' for a long time
In GWX the levels of skill of the escorts eventually rise to veteran and elite levels as the war progresses

Not sure where you read that about stock but its BS
The campaign files arent touched by your difficulty changes
The only thing that changes are the options you tick

It may SEEM the escorts are harder but they are the same as if running at 0 realism
