Does anyone know if you can do something to get rid of that orange arrow on the water after you dive?

You can also hit Ctrl and the Del '.' key on the number pad on your keyboard and it will go away. Next time you load it will come back but you can do this proceedure again.

You can also get rid of it all together by going to Data/Misc and look for the UMark.dds .
Delete it and it's gone. |
