SH4 propellors fixed

I have been asked by Privateer to announce that he has fixed the props in SH4 so that they now rotate correctly

@anyone that tried this, does this work on all boats or only the Gato? I know I know! I will try it myself, but I need to eat some Bfast and wake up GODDAMMIT! :p

Further to our recent PM's....IIRC it is only the single boat fix but further correspondence etc

I'm sure will bear some fruit.
Obviously priorities for some currently rest with work in hand for the next GWX update
