Date Bug can you help

Ive come accross a problem,
when I get to 7.00pm on the 8th May 1943 my
game crashes. Ive done a few expiriments and it doesnt seem to be location
related but something happens at that precise time.

Any Ideas?

I think you're supposed to receive PAC News: GERMAN TROOPS SURRENDER IN ITALY.

Can explain this better please... is that PAC new, cause of CTD ?

I checked the message text in the capmain folder but didnt see anything for that day.
Ive found a tempory work around I reloaded that mission to the verry start then docked atraight away. Next mission started after that date and ive avoided the crash point , allthough it proberly didnt do my record any good.
