Default Crew management

I dont know if it has been asked befor, but a search found nothing.
Is it posibile to get some of the crew managemen from SH IV into SHIII?
Whould be nice to minimise the Crew handling in SHIII.
Has anyone tried something like that yet?????????

I know nothing about SHIV, but in SHIII tou can:
- disable crew management (no fatigue) using SH3 Commander
- download GWX and get a reduced crew management
- downoad Ducimus' mod over GWX, to get an even more optimized crew management (crew fatigues only while being in some compartment like torpedo room and watch duty)

I choose no fatigue because:
- each man knows when he has to work an when he has to rest, the commander doesn't need to manage that
- men can achieve great things, even under utter fatigue, if their life is the prize (see Das Boot)

I use GWX 1.02, because I wasnt in Port sinse release of 1.03. And I use SHIII commander. But I will not turn of crew fatigue. I change every man in 4 hour intervals like in real live. I love the Watch changing, but I would even more love it, if it would be done automaticaly. In real live the officer of the watch is responseble for the chang of his man. I dont have SHIV and I dont think about bying it yet. But what I have heart of the crew management sounds good to me. So mayby in some weeks someone will figure out how to tranform it into SHIII.

I don't think that will be possible, because things like crew rotation and shifts are part of the hard-coded program, rather than the data. The only way something like that would ever happen, rather, is if someone converts SHIII's campaign to the SHIV engine. Won't be possible backwards.
