Tenryu class
 These were the first ships in the Japanese navy to be armed with triple torpedo tubes (albeit of 21"). Despite her advanced age, Tenryu was present at the first battle of Savo Island near Guadalcanal, where she played an active role. My image didn't work, but that doesn't look enough like Tenryu. I'm willing to give more slop room for marus (oddly none of the SH3 merchants released is actually even close to anything that japan had according to the ONI books), but not to warships.
Nothing personal.
