What format should gramophone tunes be in, I can't remember? Is it .OGG or are mp3's ok?

as i know it could be wav, ogg or mp3.

Yes, at this time I have all three of those formats. The only problem I've run into in the past (actually with SH3) is that one or more of the songs I dumped into the Gramophone folder had some kind of attribute that didn't agree with the Gramophone. It could have been sample rate, bit rate, or who knows what. There were too many for me to try to find the problem song so I cleaned them all out and started fresh with standard 16 bit resolution, 44.1 KHz, and 128 or 192 bit rate.
