Need convoy mission WITHOUT charging escorts to practise on...

Hi. Trying to get back in the swing with learning to plot ships courses etc...but how can I find a mission with ships in it, but not with the charging escorts right at the start. The sub school convoy mission has destroyers charging straight towards me right from the start...and I spend all my time avoiding them at depth...and no time plotting the merchants etc. Has anyone got a mission editor? How can I find such a beastie?

You could use the SHIV Editor, add in say 5 big juicy tankers, give them waypoints, then place your sub near to them. Load up the mission and play.

The SHIV Editor comes with the game.

One of the quick missions has exactly what you're looking for. I can't remember the exact name of it, but its starts you out UNDERWATER and all set up on a convoy that's moving right in front of you.
