crew turned all black

I read it somewhere on here but I don't remember where so I'll just start a new thread, last night after getting hammered and sinking to crush depth I was in the control room and all of my crew turned all black except for there eyes. this is the first time I have seen this in 2 weeks that i've had the game. I died too quickly to get a screenshot. this happen to anyone else?

save and reload and your crew is back to normal.
