Possibly dumb question about installing mods

I've downloaded both the crush depth and battery life modes. I've noticed that they both seem to overwrite the same files in the Submarines folders. How do you inatall both of them together?

The JSGME mod installer can only replace entire files, not merge their contents, so you'll have to pick one mod or the other.

If you want both mods installed, you will have to use a file comparison utility like Winmerge or Windiff to see what the differences between the files are and then manually merge the files.
