Default Anyway to configure that radar contact won't stop time compression?

see subject.

Being barraged by air attacks every 30 seconds when trying to time compress forward is quite annoying when it drops you back down to 1x every 30 secs.

Anyway to set it so radar contacts won't drop you out of TC?

There´s a main.cfg in your Sh4/data/cfg/ folder with time compression settings. Try changing them.

Why though if you don't get the warning you can't do anything and you will get killed.

Air attacks are just one of those things though. I edited the airstrike.cfg file and it helped a little. One of the best changes was setting the Range from airbase 2500 KM to 1000 KM (2500KM is about 1400 NM).

difficult when it lets you configure your sub with a radar, but you can't turn it on/off in your sub due to it being modelled to not be available in 1941.

By default I believe it's on as well so it's stuck in the ON position and I can do nothing about it.
