on my 4th patrol

alritey then, im on 4th patrol, in my tambor class USS Trout, june 1st and ive jsut refitted at Midway, now i got message saying jap fleet heading towards midway where do i position myself on the map to sink those 4 carriers, fully reloaded torps and fuel and waiting to pounce on those fleet carriers. cant let our bbs and yorktown class carriers have all the fun anyone know where i shud go??

get to midway, and hang around off the northwest coast, probably about 100 km or more away. and wait for intel.

well got intel saying major naval engagement happening in the vicinity of midway island i did a 50-100 nautical mile varying circle around midway diving to check hydrophones, and nothing ....

i think the Japanese task force was at least 200-300 miles away west and a bit south or north. wasnt most of the battle fought by planes?, so they should be rather far away from each other

edit : DAM IT i found the US task force where the jap 1???? its june 6th battles almost over. ill smash my keyboard and reload the entire patrol and loose my 20k tonns if i miss the chance to attack em.
