Death everywhere

Yes it's the old one again where two thirds of the crew snuff it and the rest crap themselves and why?

IXD2 turm is damaged and well you know the rest, twice this has happen in my last two patrols.

Is there a fix to this bloody pain in the ar*e.

The only fix I know of Steed is to not use fatigue. At least that's what I think you're referring too. Right?

I don't use it and have not had the crew do as you have said. They be just like my trusty 'ol Timex. "Takes a licking and keeps on ticking."

No it's not that. The problem is when I'm under the water and the turm gets hits on surfacing the crew start to drop like flies.

No fatigue for me and the boys we are on pep pills.

Ok, gotchya on that. No idea if there's a fix or not. Sorry I couldn't help, but I 've never seen it with using no fatigue. They're always perky and ready to go.

He is refering to a damaged/destroyed conning tower, and as soon as you surface, the watch crew try to man it and are killed instantly. The sim automatically replaces the dead crew, and those men also die instantly. As far as I know there is no fix.

Spot on.

Crud no fix. (yet)

Just out of interest this happen with turm MK3 does it happen to the other tums? I must admit I have not noticed this on the MK1/2 turms.

Nah, I've had the same problem with no fatigue turned on too. Engage a convoy, wreak some havok, sneak away, surafce to reload the external torps and suddenly 60% of your men die instantly, and the rest go into a coma and aint worth a pinch of...... .

If you think this is bad every time i start my career,
I sit in the command room and every thing goes black and all the gauges blow out and the lights flicker.

If your u-boat has taken damage during a patrol this will happen every time you load up a saved game. In my experience its nothing to worry about. The other bug mentioned in this thread is though. Has any progress been made on a possible solution or is it something that cannot be cured without an official patch from Ubi?

I have to agree, come on folks put this thread back to bed with a nice cup of coffee and a bottle of sleeping pills.
