Not available separately as far as I am aware....just in GWX (as part of the overall package)

Hi!

The Kiel Canal is not part of stock Silent Hunter III, so the only place you will find an autopilot will be in a mod that includes the Canal. AFAIK the folks who first "dug" the Canal for Silent Hunter III as stand-alone mods did not include an autopilot.

Yes, I should have used the term patterns instead of the auto pilot. I take it that this mod is only available in the 2 supermods, correct?

thanks

Not sure what you're trying to do. For GWX, the waypoint patterns are in the *.mis files in the \data\Menu\Patterns directory. But the patterns are completely useless, unless you also have the actual canal itself. As far as I know, the only way to have the canal itself, is to have GWX installed.

The Kiel, Suez and Panama Canals are available separately from UBRS but they are quite old now and I have no idea if they would be of any use to you
Play GWX and get them 'built in'

Steppenwolf; War Ace Campaign also has the Kiel canal.

The canal has the extra harbours, eye candy, shipping, all that jazz.
Big deal, I think it's over rated. Saves little time if any. Probably something all kaleuns want to navigate at least once. It's also pain in the nads.
