But what are they shooting? What's in those rounds? Are 12 in-a-row sufficient to incapacitate a person? How about a lion or a bear?

Love the low-recoil guns...can still remember shooting a 12 gauge for the first time. Needless to say for a 5'0" 100lb kid, it hurt a little.
