Skipper of the Month Primary

Okay, so here's the idea. We aren't big enough to put a dent in the SH3 votes, as we saw last month. To compensate for our size, I suggest we vote as a bloc. So, when Neal posts the nominees, let's post our own poll here, and then we all agree to vote for the winner of that vote in the SotM poll.

There should be a skipper of the month for each of the naval sims recognized in SUBSIM.
