Default SH3 Commander Locations

So im looking at my personel file from SH3 Commander and it says im from Greifenberg. I looked it up as if it were in Germany, but found out that it is located in Poland? I looking into the matter and discovered that Nazi Germany "annexed" it into Germany. The part where "i'am" from once belonged to Germany but in accordance with the Treaty of Versailles it was given to Poland. So it was a part of Prussia? was it, im having a hard time understanding the matter at hand. I looked it up on Wikipedia (i love that website) and it said that a "Many leading officers and highly decorated German soldiers were from Pomerania, where Prussian militarism had exercised its influence for centuries." hmmmm very interesting. but stupid...hahaha.

So if anyone else would like to say where "they" are from that would be nice. This would help get a better understanding of where the U-boat captains of SH3 are from.

O and it says i was born on January 3rd, 1915 so that would make me 24 years old in 1939, the year i selected to start my career.

Im going to start a thread where players can give "their life stories" Like there birthdate, where they were born, where they grew up, the colleges they attended, what their characters like to do and things like that. Any input on the matter would be nice. Does that thread sound like a good plan?????

I'm pretty sure all the locations in SH3 Commander are places U-boat skippers were actually born. I once had one born in Japan.

Not only was i apparently born and raised in London, but mine says i currently reside in Noth Carolina and "cheer for the Yankees". Weird eh? Then again, what do you expect with a name like Billy-Bob Schultz...
